This 8 week training program follows the exact workouts I did to help grow, lift & shape my glutes. The program follows my typical training split with 4 lifts a week, 2 active recovery days & 1 full rest day. The workouts are all about high volume since the goal is hypertrophy (growing the muscle in size)!! You’ll notice the lower body lifts take a lot longer to get through than the upper body lifts and that’s because this program heavily focuses on building the GLUTES :) With that being said, don’t be afraid to really push yourself with the weight selection on the lower body days and don’t skip out on the glute activation!! The program includes information on how I choose weights and how long I rest between sets. Your diet will really determine how your body responds to this program and the results you get out of it! If you want to gain muscle and/or weight, you are going to need to be in a calorie surplus. No matter what my goal is, I always place an emphasis on consuming whole, natural foods, and prioritizng my protein intake.
At the end of the day it is all about balance both in your training and your diet; that's what's going to help lead to long lasting, sustainable results!!
