This 12 week SHRED AT HOME training program follows the modified, at-home,  dumbbell only versions of the exact workouts I did to help maintain my strength while losing body fat to lean out and achieve my goal physique for my wedding. The program follows my typical training split with 4 lifts a week, 2 active recovery days & 1 full rest day.
